On Oct. 12, 2022, USCIS announced a new immigration pathway, allowing up to 24,000 Venezuelan nationals and their immediate family members to seek parole (legal entry) to the United States.
The process was modeled after the highly successful Uniting for Ukraine initiative.
Eligible Venezuelan nationals will be admitted to the United States for a period of 2 years and are eligible to apply for work authorization upon entry to the United States. Much like Ukrainian nationals, we can link Venezuelans with sponsoring employers to pursue an employment-based green card pathway.
inTusla is pleased to announce that the inTulsa Visa Network is now able to relocate highly skilled Venezuelan people to Tulsa.
